Making a purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our on-line shop, click on the required products 'add to cart' button to put them into your shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for the necessary details we need to complete your order.

If you are shopping from outside the United Kingdom, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

Cheques to be made payable to Paragon Martial Arts Ltd and should be accompanied by a note stating exact items required and delivery address.

You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation. Please note return postage is not refunded.
We aim to respond to all complaints within 5 working days, we will also endeavour to keep you informed throughout the process. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Shipping and Handling
Please note that shipping and handling costs will be calculated and added to your order value when you enter your payment details.

All deliveries will require a signature on arrival.

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Tax Charges
All quoted prices include VAT where applicable.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are fully encrypted by Protx secure servers when the order is placed. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server.
We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the internet.
We do not store your credit card details on computer once the order has been dispatched.

We also collect information automatically about your visit to our site. The information obtained in this way is only used in aggregate form and as such cannot be used to identify you. This aggregate information is used to build up marketing profiles aid strategic development and audit usage of the site. We do not send out any unsolicited marketing material to any of our customers.

Returns and Refunds
You may cancel your order within 8 days, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation.
Goods may be returned under a guarantee 28 days after receiving them. Please note we do not refund postage when returning goods to us unless they are deemed faulty.

Weapons
Weapons can only be sold to persons over 18 years of age. Use and misuse of Martial Arts Weapons can involve serious risk, including injury, disability and death. Weapons are sold for training and Kata use only under strict expert supervision, or for demonstrations of forms, or as collectors' items for display purposes. Always inspect weapons before use to ensure that they are in perfect condition. DO NOT USE WEAPONS FOR SPARRING OR CONTACT. Users assume all risks of Injury.
Wooden weapons used in Martial Arts are NOT under warranty if used for contact or sparring.

No weapons will be sold to persons under the age of 18 years or to anyone who is not able to supply a M.A.C. licence or registered club card on request. We would like to draw your attention to the Prevention of Crime Act 1953 which states that it is prohibited to carry in a public place any weapon considered to be offensive. We would like to point out that holding a licence or club card which permits you to purchase weapons does not entitle you to carry such weapons in a public place.

All metal Weapons are offered for Sale as Collectors and Utility Items. There is absolutely no suggestion that any Metal Weapon offered is suitable for combat as a weapon for inflicting injury on a person or causing fear of injury.

We do not accept liability for damage or injury caused through misuse of products purchased from Paragon Martial Arts.
