Returns
Procedure
We
have a 28 day no quibble returns policy
as follows:
The goods must be in the condition in which they were
received and must not have been used.
If goods are being returned because they are faulty
then we will reimburse your postage costs, if however
they are being sent back for any other reason then we
will refund the cost of goods only.
We
are happy to exchange items, however the customer is
responsible for the cost of post and packing of the
required replacement items.
When
posting items back to us we recommend using a signed-for
service for your own security and peace of mind. We
cannot be responsible for returned items claimed as
lost in the post.
Please
enclose a completed Returns Form with the returned goods.
