How long does delivery take?

Most UK deliveries arrive between 3 - 7 working days.  

For personalised items and products hand-made to order, please allow up to 28 days for delivery.  You should allow up to 28 days for orders to destinations outside of the UK.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes.  Our payment service provide, SagePay provide the safest means available today for ordering securely on the Internet.  Click here to read our safety statement. 

Can I receive an Order quickly in time for a birthday or Christmas?

Yes!  We currently offer this service on a request basis.  Simply email us to make sure your item is available for special delivery, if it is we'll instruct you on how to proceed with your order.  This service is only available for UK orders and typically costs around £6.95 extra.
