We keep a wide variety of items in stock but not every product in every size, if your required item/s are in stock then they will be packaged and posted to you the next available working day. We order stock from our suppliers 2-3 times a week depending on demand and so when we do not have items in stock they will be sent to us in approximately 4 days.

Certain items, usually the larger items will be sent direct from the supplier/manufacturer and normally take 5-7 working days. Next day delivery can be arranged on certain items/brands, please telephone us for more details.

If for any reason items cannot be sent immediately from the suppliers/manufacturers to either ourselves or the customer then we will endeavour to contact you to inform you of the added delay. Item/s may be left on backorder until they do become available, customers have the option to cancel these at any time and will obviously be fully refunded.

Orders sent out by Paragon Martial Arts are generally sent Royal Mail Recorded Delivery within the UK, or courier for heavier items.

International orders tend to be sent via International Signed-For and will also require a signature on delivery, delivery times for International orders cannot be guaranteed.

Postage costs are calculated by weight of the total order and vary by destination Country. The exact shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout and before you are asked to pay for your order..

Therefore UK customers can usually expect their orders to usually arrive in 3-7 working days, however we do state in our terms and conditions to allow 28 days for delivery. It is possible some items are not available from the manufacturers for up to 3-4 weeks. We will endeavour to keep customers informed of any expected delays.

We currently keep limited supplies of Kwon clothing and equipment in stock so these may sometimes take a little longer than the 7-10 working days stated above.

If items are required more urgently then priority delivery can be arranged for a small additional delivery cost, telephone us with your order and payment details and we will do our best to get items sent out direct within 24 hours. For next day delivery please ring before 11:30am.
